🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Yoga Classes

1. Fees are Non-Refundable
   - All class and package fees are non-refundable once the payment is made, regardless of attendance or participation.
2. Class Cancellation by Student
   - If a student voluntarily discontinues attendance or misses classes, no refund or extension will be provided.
   - Missed classes cannot be carried forward or adjusted unless explicitly stated under a flexible package.
3. Class Cancellation by Studio
   - In the unlikely event that the studio cancels a class or session permanently, participants will be offered one of the following:
   • A rescheduled session, OR
   • A pro-rata refund or credit for future use (at the discretion of the management).
4. Medical or Emergency Cases
   - Refunds or partial credits may be considered only in genuine medical emergencies, subject to submission of valid supporting documents.
   - Such approvals are at the sole discretion of the management and may include an administrative charge deduction.
5. Transfer of Enrollment
   - Enrollments are non-transferable to another person, batch, or program unless specifically permitted under a special package.
6. Trial Class Fees
   - If a trial class is offered for a nominal fee, it is also non-refundable.
7. Refund Request Procedure
   - Any refund request (if applicable) must be submitted in written form via email within 3 days of the issue arising.
   - Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

By enrolling in our Yoga Classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
