For Yoga Classes and Educational Programs

  1. Registration & Fees
    - All participants must complete the official registration form and pay the required fees before joining any class or program.
    - Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
    - Any early bird discounts or promotional offers will be valid only within the specified period and cannot be extended.
  2. Class Attendance
    - Regular and punctual attendance is expected for both yoga sessions and educational programs.
    - In case of absence, no makeup class will be provided unless prior notice is given and approved by the instructor.
    - Late entry (more than 10 minutes) may not be permitted to avoid disturbance.
  3. Health & Safety (Yoga Programs)
    - Participants are strongly advised to consult a physician before starting any yoga practice.
    - The institute will not be liable for any injuries sustained during class due to personal negligence, lack of disclosure, or pre-existing conditions.
    - It is the participant’s responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical concerns or health issues beforehand.
  4. Code of Conduct
    - Respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow participants is mandatory.
    - Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode or switched off during class.
    - Any disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
  5. Study Material & Certification (Education Programs)
    - All study materials provided are for personal use only and must not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
    - Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the program and meeting the minimum attendance requirement (usually 75%).
  6. Class Cancellation
    - The institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unavoidable circumstances.
    - In such cases, participants will be offered suitable alternative arrangements or compensatory classes.
  7. Photography & Promotion
    - Photographs and/or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional or educational purposes.
    - If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing before the program begins.
  8. Data Protection
    - All personal information collected during registration will be treated as confidential and used only for communication related to the course/program.
    - Your details will not be shared with third parties without consent.

By enrolling in our Yoga and/or Educational Programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above terms and conditions.

Optional Add-ons

  • For Online Classes: Login credentials are for individual use only and must not be shared. Recording or redistributing online sessions is strictly prohibited.
  • For Minors: Enrollment requires parental/guardian consent.
